| Practice Schedule |
All teams will practice twice a week. We will have one practice a week at 1st United
Methodist Church (please see attached map) where we will focus on fundamentals,
plays, etc.. Our other practice will be held at Freestone Park, this will be our
"conditioning" day. Practice makes perfect!!
Tuesday: 6:30 to 8:30 pm at 1st United Methodist Church
Thursday: at Freestone Park on the outdoor courts time TBD
Practice will start as soon as high school basketball
season is over!!
